TCC Assets Appoints Stonehenge Inter Plc. as Project Manager and Construction Manager for ‘The PARQ’ Mixed-Use Development

Bangkok (17 September 2018) – TCC Assets Company Limited recently announced the appointment of leading firm Stonehenge Inter Plc. as Project and Construction Manager for the first phase of The PARQ, a 20-billion-baht mixed-use development that aims to be the first property in Thailand to be both LEED Gold and WELL certified, delivering a healthier work environment when the development is completed in 2020.


The first phase of The PARQ, with an investment value of THB 8 billion, will comprise Grade A commercial office, ‘The PARQ Workplace’, and lifestyle retail ‘The PARQ Life’.  Part of the rapidly growing QSNCC node, The PARQ will cement the position of the Rama IV - Ratchadaphisek intersection as a new dynamic commercial district, as central Bangkok’s largest meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE) hub.

The PARQ is being developed by TCC Assets with Frasers Property Holdings (Thailand) Co., Ltd. as the project’s development manager.
