Bangkok, 21 June 2019 – The PARQ, the new mixed-use office and retail development redefining quality of life and work, located at the corner of Rama IV and Ratchadaphisek Roads, held a topping off ceremony to celebrate its structural completion. The PARQ is developed by TCC Assets Co., Ltd. with Frasers Property Holdings (Thailand) Co., Ltd. as the project’s development manager and Thai Obayashi Corporation Limited as construction contractor.
Under the concept “Life Well Balanced”, The PARQ aims to create a new workplace and lifestyle environment that promotes wellbeing for all occupants to achieve a healthier, more productive life. Phase 1 of the THB 20 billion mixed-use development comprises The PARQ Workplace, Grade A commercial office space with the largest floorplates in Bangkok, alongside The PARQ Life, a convenient retail destination focused on the concept of shop well, eat well.
The PARQ is the first commercial building in Thailand aiming for both LEED and WELL Gold certifications. Sustainable buildings such as The PARQ can help attract global standard businesses, driving Bangkok forward as ASEAN’s major business hub. To ensure that the property maintains guaranteed international standards and operational practices that are compliant with LEED and WELL certification requirements, The PARQ has also appointed JLL as its property manager.
