The PARQ invites everyone to pause, recharge, and explore a wide range of art experiences at ART IN THE PARQ SEASON 3, an art and wellness event curated by GROUNDCONTROL under the concept Log Out, Look In. Designed as an offline experience for today’s fast-paced urban life, the event encourages visitors to reconnect with themselves and the people around them, return to their breath, and reflect inward once again.

 

For 10 days, Level 3 of The PARQ Life will transform into a creative wellness space filled with art experiences, workshops, curated activities, music, and good food for everyone to enjoy together.

 

LIGHTING AND SOUND INSTALLATION BY EYEDROPPER FILL

An installation art experience designed to encourage stillness, reflection, and quiet moments with yourself.

 

ART MARKET & WORKSHOPS

Explore art, craft workshops, and hands-on creative activities guided by artists and well-known craft studios.

ART THERAPY: ENERGY UNPLUGGED
