The PARQ Parking Fee
Effective from November 1^st, 2025

1. Motorcycle Parking Fees

        – Monday – Friday: Free for the first 30 minutes. Parking from the 31^st to the 60^th minute will be charged at THB 20. Each following hour will be charged at THB 20 per hour.
        – Saturday – Sunday and Public Holidays: Free for the first 3 hours. Each following hour will be charged at THB 20 per hour.
        – A fraction of an hour will be charged as 1 hour, starting from the entry time.

2. Car Parking Fees

          2.1) Without parking redemption

        – Monday – Friday: Free for the first 30 minutes.
        – Saturday – Sunday and Public Holidays (as designated by The PARQ): Free for the first 3 hours.
        – Each following hour will be charged as 50 baht/hour

          2.2) With parking redemption at the Customer Service counter

        – Monday – Friday:

            – Free for the first 2 hours* with a purchase of THB 300 up to THB 500 (maximum 3 combined receipts).
            – Free for the first 3 hours* with a purchase of THB 500 or more (maximum 3 combined receipts).
            – Free for the first 6 hours** with a purchase of THB 3,000 or more per single receipt.
            – Each following hour will be charged as 30 baht/hour.

*Redemption is limited to 1 vehicle per entry.
** Redemption is limited to 3 vehicles per entry.

        – Saturday – Sunday and Public Holidays (as designated by The PARQ):

            – Free for the first 6 hours** with a purchase of THB 3,000 or more per single receipt.
            – Each following hour will be charged as 30 baht/hour.
            – Free for the first 4 hours for pet families upon Pet Registration via Line OA: @theparq and presenting registration proof at the Customer Service counter.
** Redemption is limited to 3 vehicles per entry.
        – A fraction of an hour from the 1st minute will be charged as 1 hour.
        – Receipt requirements for parking redemption:
            – Receipts must be from shops or services within The PARQ Life.
            – The receipt date must correspond to the date of parking.
            – Only original receipts issued by the store will be accepted.
            – Receipts must clearly display the receipt number, transaction date, and total amount.
            – Exclusions: prepaid card top-ups at any store, utility bill payments (e.g., telephone, electricity, water, banking services), and purchases from temporary market stalls.

3. Unauthorized overnight parking: Fine of THB 1,000 per day (excluding parking fee).
4. Lost parking card: Fine of THB 300 per card plus regular parking fees. Proof of vehicle ownership must be presented to Building Management to retrieve the vehicle.
5. Liability: The PARQ is not responsible for any damage occurring while vehicles are parked within the premises.
6. Rights reserved: The project reserves the right to adjust parking fees and conditions without prior notice.
