The PARQ Parking Fee
Effective from November 1^st, 2025

1. Motorcycle Parking Fees

        – Monday – Friday: Free for the first 30 minutes. Each following hour will be charged at 20 baht per hour.
        – Saturday – Sunday and Public Holidays: Free for the first 3 hours. Each following hour will be charged at 20 baht per hour.
        – A fraction of an hour will be charged as 1 hour, starting from the entry time.

2. Car Parking Fees

          2.1) Without parking validation

        – Monday – Friday: Free for the first 30 minutes.
        – Saturday – Sunday and Public Holidays: Free for the first 3 hours.
        – Each following hour will be charged as 50 baht per hour

          2.2) With parking validation

        – Monday – Friday:
           Present receipts from shops and services for redemption at the Customer Service Counter (Level 1).

            – Free for the first 2 hours* when presenting receipts of 300 baht to less than 500 baht (maximum 3 combined receipts).
            – Free for the first 3 hours* when presenting receipts of 500 baht and above (maximum 3 combined receipts).
            – Free for the first 6 hours** when presenting receipts of 3,000 baht and above
            – Each following hour will be charged as 30 baht per hour.

             *Redemption is limited to 1 vehicle per entry.
             ** Redemption is limited to 3 vehicles per entry.

        – Saturday – Sunday and Public Holidays:

            – Free for the first 3 hours* when presenting receipts of 300 baht to less than 3,000 baht (maximum 3 combined receipts).
            – Free for the first 6 hours** when presenting receipts of 3,000 baht and above
            – Each following hour will be charged at 30 baht per hour.
            – Free for the first 4 hours for families with pets upon Pet Registration via Line OA: @theparq and presenting registration proof
               at the Customer Service counter (Level 1).      

            *Redemption is limited to 1 vehicle per entry.
            ** Redemption is limited to 3 vehicles per entry.

        – A fraction of an hour from the 1st minute will be charged as 1 hour.
        – Requirements regarding receipts for parking redemption:
            – Receipts must be from shops or services within The PARQ Life.
            – The receipt date must correspond to the date of parking.
            – Only original receipts in hard copy issued by shops and services will be accepted. (copies or photos will not be accepted).
            – Receipts must clearly display the receipt number, transaction date, and total amount.
            – Exclusions: prepaid card top-ups at any store, utility bill payments (e.g., telephone, electricity, water, banking services),
               e- receipt, and purchases from pop-up stalls.

3. Unauthorized overnight parking: A fine of 1,000 baht per day (parking fee excluded).
4. Lost parking card: Please contact the Customer Service Counter (Level 1) to request a replacement. Regular parking fees will apply, and proof of vehicle ownership must be presented prior to retrieving the vehicle.
5. Liability: The PARQ is not responsible for any damage occurring while vehicles are parked within the premises.
6. Rights reserved: The project reserves the right to adjust parking fees and conditions without prior notice.
