Voucher Terms&Conditons

1. The gift voucher cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or credit.
2. Valid for purchasing products and/or services from participating stores at The PARQ LIFE only.
3. Additional terms and conditions from participating stores may apply. Please ask for more details from each store.
4. The gift voucher is valid only until the expiry date shown on the gift voucher.
5. In case of product returned or gift voucher expiry, the customer will not receive a new gift voucher or redeem for cash or credit.
6. Should this gift voucher appear damaged, deformed, altered in any way, lost, stolen, or expired, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse its validity without compensation.
7. This right is reserved for customer only. Employees or officers in respect of The PARQ Building management and staff of shops within The PARQ LIFE shall be unable to participate in this promotional campaign.
8. The entitled gift voucher customers give consent to the group of Kasemsubsiri Co., Ltd. to collect, use, disclose and/or transfer such personal data for purposes of data analyze, communications for marketing, data, proposal of promotion in respect of products and other services rendering by the group of Kasemsubsiri Co., Ltd. and/or other business partners.
9. The PARQ reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice. The PARQ will not be responsible for any issues caused by the retailer’s staff.
