It was our ambition to make The PARQ one of the most sustainable buildings in Thailand. As a result, The PARQ’s sustainability framework in building design, construction, and operation were drawn up according to LEED® guidelines. LEED® or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design is a green building rating system established by the U.S. Green Building Council to promote environmentally conscious design and construction practices. LEED®’s holistic approach helps guide us in our attempt to alleviate carbon emissions and create long-term sustainability. The PARQ focuses on reducing environmental impacts from site location selection, land use, energy and water consumption, selection of materials, and construction activities.

In April 2021, The PARQ was awarded LEED® Gold Certification, making it the first mixed-use development to receive LEED® Core and Shell Gold Version 4 Certification, the latest for sustainable green buildings.
