Thailand’s first mixed-use development set to achieve WELL Certification

The PARQ is on track to become the first mixed-use project in Thailand to receive LEED^® and WELL Gold Certifications. Elements at The PARQ from our infrastructure, design, construction to services and operation are created in accordance with LEED^® and WELL criteria, making The PARQ a sustainable building that offer better quality of life to our occupants as well as making us a good member of the surrounding community.
