The PARQ design concept is based on the principles of work-life balance for a better future.

The PARQ Workplace provides Grade A commercial office space alongside The PARQ Life, a convenient retail destination focused on the concept of shop well, eat well. As a mixed-use development, the environment is designed as a wellness precinct where the needs of work and relaxation are balanced to create healthier and more productive lives for all. It’s where everyday wellness meets urban life.

INTERIOR

Blurring the line between inside and outside.

The PARQ Life and The PARQ Workplace are designed to reconnect busy urban lives with nature. Biophilic design principles that satisfy the inherent human needs to be embraced by natural elements are incorporated throughout. This includes natural light, healthy air, natural materials and green spaces. 

An open layout with soaring atriums and skylights fills The PARQ with an abundance of natural light and creates a vital sense of wellness. It inspires and draws visitors yet retains strong connections with the outdoors through views of the nearby Benjakitti Park and Chao Phraya River. The PARQ interior design creates a welcoming environment with a distinct spirit of place reflecting its downtown location. Sustainability principles, integral to enduring wellness, guide all aspects of the design.

GREEN SPACE

The future is greener.

The PARQ places a premium on health and wellness. Multiple natural spaces and green areas are spread throughout the interiors while the outdoor landscape integrates seamlessly with the nearby Benjakitti Park and extends the development’s boundaries.

Landscaped gardens span the 200-metre long property frontage, restoring nature to Rama IV for the community, visitors and passing commuters. All will enjoy easy access to public wellness spaces that include a philosophy path, meditation gardens and tranquil water features. An urban farm on an outdoor terrace further demonstrates how to integrate nature and sustainability principles into a modern urban lifestyle.

THE PARQ AIMS TO ACHIEVE LEED* GOLD V4 CERTIFICATION

The PARQ is committed to sustainability through managing energy consumption and minimising its environmental impact. It aims to achieve LEED* Gold v4 (Version 4) Certification, the latest version of LEED for sustainable green building.

LEED is the global standard in green building certification, which demands high-performance buildings and a superior living environment with minimal adverse impact to the surrounding environs.
